Alberto Barchetti holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. His research work is organized into three interconnected areas:
- what factors shape consumers’ self-improvement,
- what factors shape consumers’ willingness to engage in unconventional, discomforting, or aversive experiences, and
- how consumers’ identities shape their decision-making.
He has taught Introduction to Marketing, Advertising Management, and Digital Marketing. He holds industry experience in marketing research, media planning, and digital marketing.
