Intermediate Training on Using “Navigate CSI” for Early Alerts and Feedback

Navigate CSI is a collaborative advisement virtual tool that aims to improve student retention and boost academic success. Intermediate Training covers value-added features to the basic training offered during January Winter Intersession. It includes Advanced Search, Campaigns, PAL links,  Student Lists, Reminders, Alerts, and Cases. These topics are not necessary to start using the platform but helps build on what is possible. This is recommended for faculty/staff with a Navigate CSI Advisor role.
