At the New York State TESOL Annual Conference held last weekend in Saratoga Springs, CSI’s Director of the English Language Institute Christian Perticone was recognized for his service as Vice President Outreach (2023–2025) by the organization’s President, Olga DeJesus-Diaz, Ed.D.
In this statewide role, Perticone provided leadership for both the organization’s Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and regional chapters, supporting NYS TESOL’s mission to advance professional development and advocacy for educators working with English language learners. Over his two-year term, he helped organize and promote more than twenty professional development events and conferences tailored to the diverse needs of the TESOL community. Read more...
