The story chronicles her journey as a Hong Kong immigrant who found a sense of belonging and opportunity on Staten Island while contributing to the borough’s growing Chinese American community. The series explores how new residents are helping shape the Island’s cultural landscape, building connections, preserving traditions, and creating opportunities for future generations.
