Visit to the Alice Austen House Museum

Using photographs taken by Alice, participants will search for the exact spots where she once stood to take her pictures. Participants will align old images with the present-day landscape and capture their version using a digital or Polaroid camera. This workshop encourages participants to reflect on the historic site as a present-day archive of LGBTQ+ history.
