Lost or Stolen Cards

You are responsible for safeguarding your DolphinCard. A lost or stolen card should be reported immediately so it can be deactivated.
This can be done in two ways:

  • Online Community System – Your DolphinCard can be marked lost by following this link to eAccounts:
  • In-person – Must schedule an appointment to unlock lost card during regularly scheduled business hours.

If you lose your DolphinCard, you must pay a $15.00 replacement fee.

Replacement – To obtain a replacement DolphinCard please contact our office at for instructions on how to replace your ID card.

* Please be aware that you remain responsible for card transactions and costs prior to card deactivation. Falsifying, altering, or misusing your own or anyone else’s ID card in any way is strictly prohibited by the College.
