Getting Your Dolphin Card

ID cards will be distributed to Dolphin Cove residents and students taking in person classes.  Please click  Photo Submission Flyer to upload your photo and begin the process of retrieving a dolphin card. Once your photo has been approved, please send an email to stating your photo has been approved along with your EMPLID # and mailing address.

Faculty/Staff ID Card: All college employees are required to obtain a DolphinCard. All existing and new employees should contact us via email at for further instructions on how to obtain the ID card.

StudentsID Card: All students are required to obtain a DolphinCard. A copy of the current academic year’s bursar bill or academic schedule, your 8-digit emplid, and a photo ID as proof of identification are required (state-issued driver’s license or non-driver ID, high school ID, or passport).
