FAQ: How can I obtain my DolphinCard for the Fall 2021 Semester?
At this time ID cards will only be distributed to residents and any students taking classes on campus.  Please access our webpage at https://www.csi.cuny.edu/campus-life/student-services/dolphin-card/deposits and follow the link for online Photo Submission.  Upon receiving notification of photo approval, please contact DolphinCard Services via email at dolphincard@csi.cuny.edu for further instructions on how to obtain your ID card.

Faculty/Staff - 
All college employees are required to obtain a DolphinCard. All existing and new employees should contact us via email at dolphincard@csi.cuny.edu for further instructions on how to obtain the ID card.

Students - All students are required to obtain a DolphinCard. A copy of the current academic year’s bursar bill or academic schedule, your 8-digit emplid, and a photo ID as proof of identification are required (state-issued driver’s license or non-driver ID, high school ID, or passport). Please contact us via email at dolphincard@csi.cuny.edu for further instructions on how to obtain the ID card.
