FAQ: How can I obtain my DolphinCard for the Fall 2020 Semester?
At this time ID cards will only be distributed to residents and any students taking classes on campus.  Please access our webpage at https://www.csi.cuny.edu/campus-life/student-services/dolphin-card/deposits and follow the link for online Photo Submission.  Upon receiving notification of photo approval you will be informed via email of how your ID card can be obtained.

Faculty/Staff - 
All college employees are required to obtain a DolphinCard. DolphinCards are issued in the Office of Parking & DolphinCard Services, located in West Administration building 3A room 106. If you are a new employee, you must bring a completed New Employee Memo issued from Human Resources and a photo ID as proof of identification (e.g. a driver’s license, a state-issued non-driver ID, or a passport) during regularly scheduled business hours.

Students - All students are required to obtain a DolphinCard. A copy of the current academic year’s bursar bill or academic schedule, your 8-digit emplid and a photo ID as proof of identification are required (state-issued driver’s license or non-driver ID, high school ID or passport).

All new and returning students who have not yet obtained their DolphinCard may do so at the Office of Parking and DolphinCard Services, located in West Administration building 3A room 106, during regularly scheduled business hours.
