Registration

Students register for courses by either speaking to one of our Enrollment Specialist at 718-982-2182 during office hours or sending us an email at continuing.education@csi.cuny.edu.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday between 9:00am to 5:00pm EDT.

Once registered, our office will email you a unique student ID# and instruction on how to make your tuition and fee payment using the Heartland Payment Portal in order to finalize your registration.

The College of Staten Island (CSI) works with Heartland Billing Solutions to provide two online payment options: credit card and direct deposit from your bank account through e-check. Mastercard/Visa, Discover and electronic checks are accepted.

Please note:

  • Credit card payments require a 3% convenience fee.
  • E-check payments include a service charge up to $1.50.

Fee amount will be displayed before you confirm payment of your course tuition and any subsequent registration fees. Please take note of this fee prior to payment. CSI receives no part of the payment service charges or convenience fees.

One-day workshop/seminar: $5

Two-day workshop/seminar: $10

Courses: $30 unless your course listing noted fees included in tuition. Please check your course listing or contact us at 718-982-2182 to confirm.

Check return fee: $25

Credit card dispute fee: $60

Late registration fee of $35 applies to registrations received two weeks prior to the start of the course.

Payment for training courses secures a seat in the class. We strongly urge all prospective trainees to make full payment for their selected course, as soon as possible.

A 100% refund of paid tuition may be granted upon receipt of written request at least five business days prior to the first scheduled day of training. Email your request for a refund to continuing.education@csi.cuny.edu. Please allow four to six weeks for processing.

  • Registration fees and late fees are not subject to a refund.
  • Refund requests will not be honored after the training course has begun.
