Requests for Reprographics Services
A Reprographics Request Form, must be completed and approved by the department director or chairperson to accompany any submitted request. The Copyright section must be completed and signed whenever published materials are being reproduced.

If you have questions, please contact Phil Halsey the Reprographics Manager at extension 3238 to discuss your print needs prior to submitting your Request.

Reprographics Requests can be submitted via hard copy, email, CD or flash drive. Remember to send all files in PDF format.

Reducing Expenses through Bulk Mail Distribution

We have been reducing mail expenses by initiating electronic distribution and the use of the College’s Bulk Mail or Business Reply Mail accounts. In a College wide cost reduction effort the Mailroom requests any printed materials that need to be mailed out, utilize the College’s Bulk Mail or Business Reply Mail accounts. The mailroom should be contacted at ext.3227 early in the planning process to assure your mailing is designed and produced according to specific U.S. Postal Service guidelines.

Helpful Hints

• Printing generally involves different processes. Advance planning is suggested.
• Please provide Reprographics with a “Print Ready” original. A clean copy, paginated, no post its, staples or paper clips, not folded, and please proofread the material several times before submitting. Reprographics does not review your material.
• No copies will be made from the glass. Any copies needed from books or magazines should be copied before submitting to Reprographics. 
• Please review the amount of copies needed, the college is working hard to reduce costs, please only order what is needed.

  Delivery or Pickup for completed work is available
  Walk-In Jobs are accepted but are subject to the availability of resources at that time, please plan accordingly.

  Business Cards: The Office of Design Services designs the artwork for all business cards. Please complete a Business Card request form and forward to Janice Awerbuch Director of Design Services.

  Letterhead and Envelopes: Reprographics does not maintain supplies of any department’s letterhead or envelopes. Each area is responsible for ordering their own letterhead and envelopes please keep track of your inventory and plan accordingly. Letterhead and envelopes must go through the Office of Design Services for review and approval before being submitted to Reprographics.

  Emailing Jobs: When emailing a Request please contact Reprographics if you do not receive a “Confirmation” email within 1 business day. (Please refer to Reprographics Hours of Operation.)    Please remember to include a Completed Reprographics Request Form, and include any Copyright documentation required (Please see Copyright Policy).

  Please plan ahead and allow a two to five business day turnaround for your job.
