The College of Staten Island is proud to partner with Chase Bank to offer the Money Smart Financial Literacy Program, a high-impact initiative designed to help students build strong financial foundations while earning their degree.
As part of CSI’s commitment to access, affordability, and student success, this program adds meaningful value to the college experience for Staten Island students.
What Students Will Gain
- Courses offered in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026(1- credit)
- Practical instruction in budgeting, credit building, saving, interest, and financial safety
- Guidance on recognizing and avoiding online and financial scams
- Personalized one-on-one financial coaching
- Support to build credit, grow savings, and create a customized money-management plan
