Depending on the office/department, for in-person drop-in appointments, you will have to enter your EMPLID number directly in the Kiosk (iPad) or provide it to the staff member at the counter.  You may also be required to provide additional information, such as a course # or select a specific service.

If you're checking in for a scheduled appointment using the Kiosk, you’ll be prompted to:

  • Select ‘Wait for a Specific Person’
    or
  • Select ‘Wait for the First Available Person’

After making your selection, you’ll be added to the queue and seen by a staff member as soon as possible.

  • Notes are where you can access important information related to your academic journey, including degree plans, course details, and resources added to your record.
  • Progress Reports provide specific feedback on how you are progressing in their courses, while Notes can encompass a broader range of information about a student.

On the "Resources" tab, you’ll find a list of offices and programs available at the College of Staten Island.
