Preparing a Proposal

Prior to preparing any proposal for external funding, faculty are required to submit the completed Pre-Proposal Checklist cover sheet along with a brief project abstract and a draft budget.  Please request Budget Template via email to priscila.villacis@csi.cuny.edu and rosmery.frangoulis@csi.cuny.edu. Please return the Pre-Proposal Checklist ‘packet’ to the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research, 1A-211 at least two weeks before the proposal is due at the grantor. An approved Pre-Proposal Checklist must be on file at the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research before your proposal will be released for submittal. You are responsible to submit the Pre-Proposal Checklist in a timely manner for internal review, otherwise your opportunity to submit your proposal is severely jeopardized.

  • NSF’s Research.Gov
