Administrative Deadlines for Faculty/Departments

General guidelines for all term and session deadlines*:

  • Instructor assignments/changes - Two weeks prior to first day of class.
  • Enrollment verification rosters - The end of the first week of classes.
  • Last day to add or swap a student into your class - The end of the first week of classes.
  • Deadline for faculty to submit request for INC extension - The last day of regularly-scheduled classes prior to start of the final exam period.
  • Final grade submission - 72 hours after the final exam is given.
