ALL TERMS

  • Instructor assignments/changes - Two weeks prior to first day of class.
  • Enrollment Verification - The end of the first week of classes.
  • Final grade submission - 36 hours after the final exam is given.

Past Administrative Deadlines for Faculty/Departments

  • Instructor assignments/changes- Two weeks prior to first day of class (Jan 28th is first day)
  • Enrollment Verification- Week of February 18th
  • Final grade submission- 36 hours after final exam; May 17-24th  
  • Instructor assignments/changes-Two weeks prior to first day of class (Aug 28th is first day)
  • Enrollment Verification- Week of September 17th
  • Final grade submission- 36 hours after final exam: December 18th - 27th  
  • Instructor assignments/changes- Two weeks prior to first day of class (Jan 27th is first day)
  • Enrollment Verification- Week of February 20th
  • Mid-term warning submission- Tuesday, March 20th
  • Final grade submission- 36 hours after final exam; May 16-23rd
  • Instructor assignments/changes-Two weeks prior to first day of class (Aug 27th is first day)
  • Enrollment Verification- Week of September 17th
  • Mid-term warning submission- Tuesday, October 23rd
  • Final grade submission- 36 hours after final exam: December 13-21st
