The current Avaya analog phone system is being replaced with a Voice-over-IP (VoIP) solution, which will integrate seamlessly with recent upgrades made to CSI’s and CUNY’s networks.

Telephone & Voice Mail Instructions until the new system is implemented:

  • Internal Phone Calls
    • Dial four-digit phone extension for internal calls
  • External Phone Calls
    • Dial 9 + 1 + (seven-digit telephone number)
  • Voicemail
    • Microsoft 365 email is integrated with CSI’s telephone system. Voicemail messages are delivered to a user's email inbox as an attachment.
